FLORIDA LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR
You Should Always Use A Licensed Home Inspector - State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) oversees licensing of Home Inspectors. In order to be licensed a Home Inspector must demonstrate an understanding of Standard Code of Ethics as well as general construction knowledge. Also, DBPR requires Continuing Education (CE) courses for all Home Inspectors prior to license renewal. Upon hiring Broward Inspect you can have peace of mind in knowing that our inspectors have every credential necessary to inspect your future Home.
Easy to read reports giving you an objective and unbiased view of your future Home. The report is full of high resolution pictures showing you exactly the issues we found.
INFRARED TECH AT EVERY INSPECTION
Another reason to use Broward Inspect. We use infrared thermography at every inspection to detect hidden roof and plumbing leaks.
PRICING FOR HOME INSPECTIONS
Most Frequent But Least Important Question - When looking for an inspector, it's important to ask how much it's going to cost you. It should not, however, be your only question. There are Standards of Practice all inspectors are supposed to follow but often do not. Also, there are different levels of knowledge and thoroughness with each inspector. Ask each inspector specific questions and compare the answers you get, in addition to the prices they quote you. It is common to save $100 on the inspection, if you call enough inspection companies, but it might cost you thousands later due to missed or misdiagnosed items.
